A store with a dozen categories selling in several currencies. An AI chat answers customers around the clock, and Microsoft Clarity shows live sessions, recordings and click maps, so you can see where people get lost. The catalogue goes out to wholesale partners as a feed, refreshed with one command.

Around 100 listings imported by CSV and API, with variants assembled automatically from product names. Categories show product counts, so a customer sees at a glance what is in stock.

A concept for a single-product store. The photo does all the work: a person in their own world, the product in use and one sentence. The layout fits anything a customer carries on the course, in the mountains or on a bike.

A visual concept for now, the store itself is not built yet.

Concepts are designed in Claude Design. The live build has a better finish than the sketch: polished sections, animations and the mobile version.

A home page that is the product page from the first second. A large photo in the centre, variants and accessories on tiles to the left, price and cart on the right. The same layout will carry a pen, a sonic toothbrush, a trimmer, a torch or a bottle.

A store in this layout is live and built on Shopify. The image is illustrative: I can implement the same template for any product.

Concepts are designed in Claude Design. The live build has a better finish than the sketch: polished sections, animations and the mobile version.

What I don't do I don't run ads or social media, I don't build WordPress stores and I don't migrate catalogues from marketplaces. Sell organically first, and once the store earns, pick an agency. Everything will be set up so they can start on day one.

Process

Four steps, one person on the other side. I give you a start date with the quote, depending on how many projects I have in progress.

Artur Kociuba

I do many things at once, and one thread runs through all of them: I like it when something looks good and works well. Part artist, part technician.

I work with AI. It takes over a big share of the tedious work, and I set the direction, the character and the finish. That is how you get a tailored design at the price of a template.

I am not an agency and I have no sales people. One person, one responsibility. Based in Poland, working remotely across Europe, on Central European Time.
